Measuring your lot…
Two fingers to zoom in on a corner.
Measured off the satellite photo. We confirm the size when we come out.
You get a text the day before and a heads-up when the truck is on the way. If weather moves the job, you hear it from us first.
If sod, or just an overseed, is the better call for your yard, we'll tell you, even if it means a smaller job.
A visit around week three to see how it's coming in. Thin spots within 45 days get resprayed, no charge.
You don't need to know anything about grass. You need to water it twice a day for three weeks and keep the kids and the dog off it. We handle the rest and text you reminders the first week.
We rough grade, loosen the top few inches, and put the slurry down. It goes on green. Most yards take a morning.
Light watering morning and evening. Around day 7 to 10 you'll see fuzz. That's it working.
Around three weeks it's ready for a high first mow. Full thickness by week 6 to 8 depending on the season.
Sod gives you a green yard today and costs two to four times more. Hydroseed takes three weeks and grows roots into your own soil, which matters on clay and on slopes. If sod is the better fit for you, we'll say so.
| Hydroseed | Sod | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost for a 10,000 sq ft yard | Roughly $1,500 to $2,000 | Roughly $3,500 to $6,000 |
| When it looks green | Real grass in about 3 weeks | Same day |
| Roots in your soil | From the start | 4 to 6 weeks to knit in |
| Slopes and ditches | Holds well | Can slide or dry out |
| Big lots | One tank covers a lot | Priced per pallet, laid by hand |
| Watering | Twice a day for 3 weeks | Daily for 2 to 3 weeks |

Bermuda for sunny yards, tall fescue for shade. We match the seed to your yard and the season, and tell you why.
Bare patches, the dog's track, dead sod, or the yard the builder never finished. Sometimes an overseed, sometimes a fresh start.
Slopes, ditches, pond banks and cleared lots. A heavier mulch mix with tackifier that holds through a Georgia storm.
Per-lot pricing, spray within 48 hours of the call, grass in time for the CO. Text the lot address and we handle it.

Fescue: September through November, or March to April. Bermuda: May through August once the soil is warm. On a deadline we spray year round and pick the seed that will take.
Two light waterings a day for about three weeks, enough to keep the mulch damp but not running off. You get a one-page schedule and a text reminder the first week.
That's most of what we do. We rough grade, loosen the top few inches, and spray. Compacted clay is where hydroseed beats sod, because the roots grow into your soil instead of sitting on top of it.
Yes. The mulch and tackifier lock the seed in place until it roots. For steep banks and ditches we use a heavier bonded-fiber mix made for erosion control.
We come back and respray the thin spots within 45 days, no charge. It happens sometimes with heavy rain or a hot week, and it's fixable.
